NABARD Asst. Manager Salary Structure

If you get selected, you can draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28150/- Per month in the scale of Rs.28150-1550(4) -34350-1750(7) – 46600 -EB – 1750(4)- 53600-2000(1)- 55600 applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’. Additionally, you will get, Local Compensatory Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Grade Allowance, and House Rent Allowance as per rules in force from time to time

In recent time, the initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs.55587/-

As per the NABARD Recruitment 2019 Notification, some criteria are specified. If you want to be eligible or the post of Development Assistant, you have to fulfill these requirements. Age Limit

Your age must lie between 21 years to 30 years as on 1st March 2019. You must have been born not before than 02.03.1988 and not later than 01.03.1997.

Age Relaxation

Though the age limit is specified for all the candidates. Still, there is some relaxation in the upper age limit. You must check them.

Educational Qualification

How To Apply For NABARD 2019

  • The Nation Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development has invited the applications for the post of Assistant Manager online from the official website www.nabard.org.
  • You have to apply from 13th March to 2nd April.
  • Before applying, make sure that you have read the instructions carefully that are given in the official notification. Additionally, check the information furnished in the On-line application.
  • Except for the online application submission process, no other mode of submission will be accepted.
  • Once, you fill up your application with all of the required details, you need to go for the submission of the requisite application fee.
  • If you don’t submit that fee, your application won’t be accepted.
    • The application fee for the General and OBC category candidates is- Rs.800/- (Rs.650/- Application Fee + Rs.150/- Intimation charges)
    • For the SC/ ST/ PWD Category Candidates, the application fee is- Rs.150/- (Intimation charges only)
    • You can pay online via Master/ Visa/ Rupay Debit or Credit Cards or IMPS, Internet Banking, Cash cards/ Mobile Wallets, etc.

NABARD Recruitment 2019 Selection Process

The whole process of selecting candidates will comprise 3 phases. The phases are,

Phase I – Preliminary Exam (Online Exam)

Phase II – The Main Exam will be online and will be a mix of MCQ & Descriptive Pattern

Phase III – Interview

Phase I

Objective Type questions will be there: MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) carrying 200 marks

Duration: You will get 120 minutes to complete the whole paper

Subjects

  • Reasoning: 20 questions will be there- 20 marks
  • English Language: 40 questions – 40 marks
  • Computer Knowledge: 20 questions – 20 marks
  • General Awareness: 20 questions – 20 marks
  • Quantitative Aptitude: There will be 20 questions – 20 marks
  • Economic & Social Issues (with a focus on Rural India): 40 questions will be there – 40 marks
  • Agriculture & Rural Development (with focus on Rural India): 40 questions- 40 marks
  • Total Marks will be 200

You have to meet the cut off of Phase-I to get into Phase-II. Have the details of Phase-II below.

Phase-II

Phase-II will comprise of two papers; Paper-I (Descriptive Type), Paper-II(MCQ).

Paper-I

Questions from General English will be in this paper. All of the questions will be a descriptive type and the total marks for this paper will be 100.

You have to complete this paper within 90 minutes.

Your analytical and drafting abilities will be assessed through the Descriptive Paper on General English comprising-

  • essay writing
  • comprehension
  • report writing
  • paragraph writing & letter writing

Phase III

If you qualify both of the Phase-I and Phase-II you will be called for the P.I or Personal Interview.

Marks for the interview will be 25 marks.
