Before knowing this RPSC PTI recruitment process in depth, you must know the highlights. Well, as per the notification Rajasthan Public Service Commission is going to conduct the examination to fill their vacant Physical Training Instructor Grade II & Physical Training Instructor Grade III posts. All the eligible candidates are requested to submit the application form within due date along with the requisite application fee.

As per the RPSC PTI Notification, the vacancy number is different for the various category.
The total number of vacancies for the General Category candidates are 2023. From which 406 vacant posts are reserved for the female candidates. However, there is a separate reservation for the Widow and Divorced women candidates, which are 162 and 27 respectively.
The same reservation policy applies for the SC, ST, BC, and EBC category candidates. Let’s have the glimpse of the no. of vacancies in each category,

There are 16 vacancies reserved for the Primitive Tribal category candidates. The category wise vacancy is as follows-

RPSC PTI- Eligibility Criteria
Basic requirements are there that you have to fulfil to be eligible for the post of Physical Traning Instructor. The requirements are as follows.
You have to be an Indian Citizen to apply for this post
If you are a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, you will be also eligible
In case, you are a Tibetan Refugee and came to India before 01-01-1962, with an intention of settling down permanently, you will be eligible as well
Applicants, who belong to Indian origin and were staying in Jammu & Kashmir and had come to India with the intention of permanently settling down here will be allowed to submit the application
If you were living in a country like Pakistan, Myanmar, Srilanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Ethiopia, Vietnam, and belong to Indian origin, came back to India will be eligible for this post also
to apply for the RPSC PTI, you must possess certain educational qualification. And that is,
You must have the qualification of Physical Education or B.P.Ed degree to apply for this post
Also, if you have a Certificate in Physical Education or C.P.Ed degree or a Diploma certificate in the Physical Education or D.P.Ed degree, you will be eligible as well
Essential Qualification: You must possess the knowledge of writing and reading the Hindi language. Along with that, aspirants with writing knowledge in Devnagari Script and Knowledge of Rajasthani culture will be preferred
As per the Government rules, the lower age limit is 18 years and the upper age limit is 40 years as on 1st January 2019.
In spite of this age limit, there are some facilities of the age relaxation that will be provided to only the reserved category candidates.
The age relaxations are as follows,
- SC/ST/BC/SBC male candidates will be given 5 years of upper age extension
- SC/ST/BC/SBC female candidates will be given 10 years of upper age relaxation
- General Women candidates will have the facility of 5 years of upper age relaxation
- The widow and Divorced women candidates will have no upper age limit
- General PWD candidates will have 10 years of age relaxation
- PWD BC/SBC candidates will get 13 years of upper age extension
- and, PWD SC/ST candidates will get the facility of 15 years of upper age extension

RPSC PTI- Selection Procedure
The selection process of RPSC PTI consists of 3 phase.
- Written Test Examination

You have to secure the qualifying marks in each of the phases to appear for the next one. However, knowledge about the written test examination in details.
Written Test Examination- Paper-I
The full marks in the Paper-I question paper will be- 200
You will be provided with 2 hours of duration to complete the whole paper
100 questions will be Multiple Choice in the question paper
Each of the questions will carry equal marks
For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted from your total score
