  • For all posts of Manager, the pay scale will be Rs. 42020-1310/5-48570-1460/2-51490. The CTC- Annual Salary package will be Rs. 18.00 Lakh

Required Qualification

Other Qualifications: If you have an M.Phil or Ph.D. degree in Statistics, then you will be given preferences.
Essential Experience: You must own a minimum of 5 years’ of post qualification experience as a Statistician or as an Executive in Supervisory or in a Management Role like the following:
i. Scheduled Commercial Bank, or Associate or subsidiaries of a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Major Private Sector Bank
OR
ii. In a Public Sector or Listed Financial Institution, or Company.

Preferred Experience: If you have experience in data
validation, analysis, and reporting to Top Management, then you will be preferred.

Specific skills: You must possess Good Analytical Skills
ManagerApplicants should own a minimum qualification of B.E in a discipline like Computer Science, or Information Technology or B.Tech in the Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized board or University.

Preference will be given to the candidates who have, an MBA or equivalent degree from
a recognized University or Institution.
Essential Experience: You have to have the post qualification experience of minimum 4 years in relevant work in Bank or PSU or Corporate with any combination
Head (Legal)


You should possess the degree in Law (3 years/ 5 years) and the Post Graduate degree in
Law from a recognized University or Institution in India.
(If you have joined 5 years’ course and left after 3 years, you won't be eligible)
Should have practiced as Advocate for a minimum period of 3 years and Minimum Service of 20 years as law officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank/s and should have served in the capacity of General Manager for at least 1 year.
The experience should be after enrollment as advocate with Bar Council.
DGM (NCLT)All the applicants with required qualification should have practiced as an Advocate for a minimum period of 3 years and Minimum Service of 17 years as a law officer in the Legal Department of Scheduled Commercial Bank or Financial Institution or Asset Reconstruction Company to be eligible.
If you have combined experience in the Law Department of Scheduled Commercial Bank and Asset Reconstruction Company and has extensive experience in Recovery and Rehabilitation, you will be also eligible.

The experience should be after enrolment as an advocate with the Bar Council.
DGM (Law)Should have practiced as Advocate for a minimum period of 3
years and Minimum Service of 17 years as law officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank and should have served in the capacity of Assistant General Manager (Law) & above for at least 2 years.

Executive (Credit Monitoring)Chartered Accountants will be eligible only.You will be given preferences if you have post qualification experience in the corporate or SME Credit as an Executive in the supervisory or the management role in Schedule Commercial Bank or Associate or Subsidiary of a Schedule Commercial Bank, then you will be eligible.

If you were in a Public sector or listed to Financial Institution or Company, you will be also eligible.
Head (Products, Investments & Research)You have to have a Graduation or Post Graduation degree from Government recognized University or Institution or Reputed Colleges to be eligible for this post.Other preferred qualification: You must possess the knowledge and experience in the Market Analytics and Passion for Research in Economics trend and Products as well.

Essential Experience: If you have at least 12 years of relevant work experience in financial services, or financial product development, or investment advisory and private banking you will be eligible also.

Candidates having a minimum of 8 years of experience in Wealth Management will be preferred. But you must keep in mind that the total 12 years’ experience will be calculated inclusive of 8 years.
Excellent knowledge of Equity Products, PMS, Alternate Investments, Mutual Funds; or Experience in Product Development and Structuring for Private Wealth Clients will be given preferences.
If you own experience in the managing Investment Counsellors or Advisors at a National Level with Leading Banks or Financial Institutions, you will be eligible.

Age Relaxation

  • The candidates who had ordinarily domiciled of the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 will get 5 years of upper age relaxation
  • PWD (SC/ ST) candidates will get- 15 years of upper age relaxation
