Civil Judge in The Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commision has released notification for the direct recruitment in the post of Civil Judge in the Tamil Nadu State State Judicial Service.

According to the source, there are approximately 320 vacant posts across the state To find yourself eligible, go through the table below.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

For the advocates already practicing, the minimum age is  25 years and the maximum age limit is 30 years. Candidates from the reserved casts will get age relaxation according to the rule and for them, the maximum age limit is 40 years. However, for the fresh law graduates the minimum age is 22 years and the maximum age limit is 27 years irrespective of casts.

Qualification

(i) Must possess a Degree in Law of a University in India
established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a State
Act or an Institution recognised by the University Grants
Commission, or any other equivalent qualification and enrolled
in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu or in the Bar Council of any
other State in India

(ii)(a) Must be practising as an Advocate or Pleader in any Court
on the date of Notification for recruitment. The post needs a practice of a period of not less than 3 years.
(or)
(b) Must be an Assistant Public Prosecutor having not less than
3 years of experience as an Advocate or Assistant Public
Prosecutor.
2.For Fresh Law Graduates(i) Must be a fresh Law Graduate possessing a degree in Law
from a recognized University as mentioned in Clause-I (i)
above,
(ii) Must be eligible to be enrolled as an advocate.

(iii) Must have secured an overall percentage of marks in
acquiring the Bachelor’s Degree of Law as below:-
(a) 45% Marks in case of Reserved Categories (i.e SCs,
SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs(OBCMs) and BCMs).
(b) 50% Marks in case of Open Category (i.e Others).
(iv) Must have obtained the Bachelor’s Degree of Law within a
period of three years prior to the date of notification.

The candidates must have to pay a one-time registration fee of Rs. 150 along with that an examination fee of Rs. 100 is also needed. The fees are payable online through Net banking / Credit Card / Debit Card. Educational Qualification

Aspirants must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination. Along with that two years, Diploma course in Horticulture from the Institutions approved by Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. It can also be from the Director of Horticulture and Plantation Crops or from the Gandhigram Rural Institute is also needed.

The educational qualification must be obtained by the studies in the following order 10th + HSC + Diploma Course(10+2+2). Most importantly, the result should have been declared on or before 25.05.2018.

Agricultural Officer (Extension) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Extension Service

Tamil Nadu Public service commission has recently released notification for the post of Agricultural Officer (Extension) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Extension Service.     According to the TNPSC Notifications, the candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Foresty will get the first advantage. If the Forestry graduate candidates are not available for selection, only then the other candidates with Bachelor’s degree on the subject mentioned will be considered
  3. Physical Qualification
    Male candidates should have a minimum height of 163 cms and the female candidates should have a minimum height of 150 cms. In the case of chest measurement, it should be like this
    For Men: On full expiration should not measure less than 84 cms and on full inspiration should not measure less than 89 cms. The difference has to be more the 5 cms as well.
    For Women: On full expiration should not measure less than 79 cms and on full inspiration should not measure less than 84 cms. The difference has to be more the 5 cms as well.
