What are Prepositions

Prepositions are those words, which show the relationship of Nouns (or Pronouns) with the other words in the sentence. Prepositions are used before Nouns (or Pronouns) in the sentence.

Along

Along is used to show the location of something in relation to the other object. Along is also used to show the position of something on the sides of a long object.

Examples:

I go for walking in the morning along the road.
Parking space is built along the left side of the road.
There is an old monument along the river.
There was no sign board along the road.
Come and sing along with me.
